- MINIMUM 5 years relevant experience
- IT Certifications a HUGE benefit, but not absolute requirement (A+, N+, MCSE/MCSA)
- Professional, client facing, both verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
- Driver’s licence, own reliable car absolute requirement
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, well presented, well-spoken and calm under pressure with the ability to multitask effectively. We are looking for somebody who is excited and passionate about technology and customer service. Someone who eats, sleeps and breathes gadgets, games and tinkering. A true love and interest in the world of computers and technology will be more important than official certificates and qualifications. Customer service is a huge part of our business, and we need somebody who takes pride in their work and ensures complete customer satisfaction.
